About Real Estate Sector

India's Real Estate Renaissance: Your Gateway to Lucrative Investments
Dive into the vast USD 120 billion Indian Real Estate market, a robust contributor, constituting 7% of the nation's GDP and providing employment to over 50 million individuals. The dynamism of this sector in India derives from swift urbanization and the burgeoning demand for office spaces, positioning India as a prime IT services hub. With India topping the Kearney Global Service Location Index 2021, there's no better time to explore the Real Estate sector. Anticipated growth projections suggest that by 2025, this sector will contribute a significant 13% to India's GDP. Real Estate's multifaceted linkages with various economic segments make it a vital cornerstone. The introduction of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act in 2016, reinforced by the Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), has been instrumental in stimulating investments and regulating commercial real estate transactions across India.
